We the member churches of the partnership are called to enable the Gospel to be fully proclaimed in our community and beyond -

  • We bear a special responsibility under God to make disciples of those who live in West Swindon and the Lydiards through each local church.

  • We are called to express together the love of God in care for others, especially to those in greatest need in our society.
We believe that unity between Christians is God's will and that it also releases God's blessing -

  • We will enter into appropriate forms of working together both within and outside the ecclesiastical parish, to carry out our mission responsibilities.

  • We are willing to surrender some of our autonomy for the good of all.
We care for and resource one another, recognising our shared responsibility for Christ's mission -

  • We will share gifts, people and resources wherever appropriate.

  • We will avoid unnecessary duplication of effort, equipment and expense.
